One man's story about taking on the Appalachian Trail, searching his soul, and finding true happiness.
“I’m Ryan Benz. I quit my career to follow my dreams.
At 31 years old I was married, owned a home, had college education and successful career, but was stressed, anxious and dissatisfied with life. After my divorce, I was alone for the first time in my life, so I turned to meditation and mindfulness. Those practices started me on the long and arduous journey of letting go of all the things that led to my unhappiness.
To find my best self, and to seek freedom and happiness, I decided to go for a walk...a very long, soul-searching walk. 2,189.8 miles from Georgia to Maine to be exact.
Come hear my story about going against social norms, letting go, and taking risks in authentic ways. Mine is a story about finding passion and pursuing it relentlessly. I share it to inspire each of you to create a unique path to ultimate freedom and happiness.”
Join us for a truly special evening, at the Gallery.
We'll listen to Ryan's story first hand, see what he saw, feel how he felt and even eat what he ate! But most importantly, be inspired to pursue our own dreams and true happiness.
